Since the most horrible terrorist attack that happened in U.S. on September 11, 2001, there appeared numerous reports that tried to explain the cause of the World Trade Center Tower collapse. Most of such researchers provided credible explanations, however, some analysis show that common conclusions were incorrect. The sudden and dramatic destruction of two massive buildings shocked the world and the widespread speculation that the buildings were deficient with steel columns melted and the fire suppression equipment failed to operate, added more questions to the community about the real causes of the fall of the WTC.

The fire is the most misunderstood thing that some experts consider as the cause of Towers collapse. Thus, for the question of why the towers collapsed so soon, the conspiracy theorists say that the Twin Towers were destroyed by the controlled demolitions that caused the rapid collapse of the building. Theorists report about the sounds of explosions before the collapse. However, according to the National Institure of Standards and Technology, the fall of the WTC was caused by the planes with their damaging involvement that hit columns and dislodged fire-proofing of the building.

With years of investigation about the causes of WTC fall, there are a lot of different considerations of engineers and scientists about what made the towers fall. A tragic legacy of September 11 should now be overthought in terms of responding to more demanding building codes with such aspects as durable fireproofing and the extra emergency exits. So far, the controversies of the causes of WTC fall still appear as well as the conspiracy theory.
